He made it. Merry was barely breathing, and her heart beat was soft and far between.

Cameras. Everywhere cameras. He Had his hood up and spotted a set of paramedics at the door.

"Mister..My friend.. got hurt.. she needs help.. now.. Please."

The paramedics reacted with speed, pulling a gurney out from the ambulance and started asking him questions.

"What's her name, how old is she, how long has she been like this, what happened?"

"Her name is Merry, I think she's 5 and I found her about 15 minutes ago. I dont know what happened to her but there was alot of blood around her. I think she lost alot of blood."

They seemed to understand what he was saying, because as soon as he was done, they were rolling her into the emergency room, yelling for help.

It was a start. But he needed more. He looked around. He needed a poor but trustworthy looking woman, like a waitress or someone that works nights. A command of Dominate would make them follow him to hotel room. Then... he could take their body. And then he could go check on Merry, pretending to be her hard working beleaqgured mother. God he hoped this worked.

He was able to find a woman, and there was a hotel not far away. He got her back to the room, and got her settled pretty easily. How does he go about stripping away her willpower?

They have a dominate for that. He didnt want drugs or alcohol in her system and he didnt have time to use tv to do it.. so.. the dirty method. Dominate

It took a little bit longer than he expected, but soon he was walking back to the hospital in the woman's body.

The receptionist was not perturbed by this at all.

"Of course, ma'am. Mary was the name? How old and when did she come in?"

"Merry, with an E. She is 5. I just got home from work and her babysitter.. I found out from one of the kids she plays with she was hurt and this is the closest hospital... please tell me she is here."

"Alright, I have her here. She's up in ICU. 4th floor."

The woman nodded and headed upstairs at a run. To check on her child.

Up on the fourth floor, there was a nursing station in sight. A doctor and two nurses worked away behind it.

He/she moved up to the nurses station.

"Excuse me. I have heard my daughter is up here? Is she okay? Where is she?"

There was just enough urgency there to sound like a worried mother and not a psycho guilty woman.

The nurse on duty looked up.

"What is your daughter's name?"

She typed at her computer and nodded.

"We have a Merry in room 5. The Doctor is in there right now."

She nodded and headed to room 5 without any further ado. That is all that mattered to him.

The doctors were there. As were all the machines. Those infernal machines that at least told him that Merry was alive. But there was a locked glass door between them, and there was blood in a bag dripping slowly into her.

But there was a steady heartbeat.

He went to the glass and but a hand on it, as if he was despairing.

"My Merry. Oh god. What happened to you my Merry?"
