Sand (open) - Bathtub Beach

She grinned.
"Oh yeah. And I earned not to make that same mistake again too" she tapped a finger on the side of her head. "S-M-R-T" and broke down in giggles.

She laughed.

"Your friends are smart?"

"Eh, probably smarter than me anyways" she admitted with another snicker.

She started to snicker. Then to laugh.

"No! It's a song!"

"See? My statement still stands. They would've known it was a song" Teddy grinned.

She started to giggle and shake her head.

"Only if they like comedy. It's a funny song."

"Mm, I'll look it up when I get home" the blond smiled as she bobbed around slowly in the light waves, much like a seal really.

She giggled and nodded.

"You'll laugh. It's called 'Two Worlds Collide' by Lonely Island."

The blond seal nodded.
"Sounds good" she winked, a couple of strokes of her hands through the water inching her back a little so she wasn't standing completely still or floating still. "Next stop, YouTube" you could find anything on YouTube.

She drew in a breath and started to float again.

"Awesome. You're fun," she stated, rather bluntly.

"So are you, so I guess that makes us pretty evenly matched" the blond, who obviously had no trouble with blunt, stated with a grin.

The girl rolled, floating face-down for a moment.

"This has been nice. Really, really nice."

"Well, we got coffee planned, and the aquarium, and a visit to see my work sometime, and possibly surfing and barbecue" Teddy smiled at her. "Pretty sure we can throw in another bathing trip too if you don't find you've gone utterly bored with me after the other stuff"

The redhead started to giggle and shake her head.

"Don't think it'll be a problem. Truth is, most of the people I meet... well, they suck. So it's fantastic to actually meet somebody that I like hanging out with."

"Now that's a big compliment" she grinned, brushing her fingers through the water again. "Thanks" Teddy smiled with a light tilt of her head to the side. "I'm glad. I could use a few more nice people around here. I don't really know that many yet"

She nodded.

"Any time you might want to meet a few, let me know. I know a few nice people."

"Cool cool. Will do that" because the Caitiff was actually quite social. When she wasn't working at least.

The redhead made those metal fingers of hers again.

"Rock. You're pretty awesome, you know that?"

That got more giggles from the blond who ducked under for a moment and resurfaced with a grin.
"Careful now, you're risking giving me a bloated ego if you keep this up"

She laughed.

"There's worse things to get. Like herpes."

She cringed.
"Icky" really, that kinda summed that up. Icky. Very.

She grinned.

"Precisely my point."

More snickers from the Caitiff.
"Well, we has coffee deal! We'll start with that, yeah?" she smiled. "Hmmm... think my fingers are getting all wrinkly"

She tilted her head and motioned toward shore.

"Come on, then. Let's get out of the water. I need to dry out anyways."

The Caitiff took a couple of strokes that brought her backwards through the water before nodding and turning around so she could actually swim back towards the shore until her feet could once again touch the ground.
Hm, should've brought a towel.
Ah well!
Wasn't that far home anyways.

"Iiih, cold wind!" she giggled as she got out of the water. Not that the wind was really all that cold but the first breath to brush across the skin after having bathed always felt a bit cold anyways.
