The room had an unfinished look, but it was well done, and the bed was large and comfortable.

"This will be your room. I will be finishing it in the colors you requested in the next day or two."

She leaned in to hug her Clanmate. "As long as it's no trouble."

She hugged Ren tight.

"Not a problem at all, love."

She held Henri close, needing the offered comfort. "Stay for a while?"

She was quiet, resting gently against her clanmate.

She rested her cheek against the top of the girl's head, standing still as a statue, but breathing as she knew that would comfort her clanmate.

Slowly Ren began to relax. She wouldn't fall asleep until the sun came up, but she could still rest. For the moment she felt safe.

She began to sing old french lullabies to Ren, softly, until the girl fell to the sun's embrace.
