Johnathon sat in his office, dressed in modern business attire, and waiting for his meeting with Emily.

She sat in a chair where she wouldn't be immediately visible upon entry to the office. She was playing with her phone while they waited.

Emily didn't come that night, or the next night; it wasn't until the third night she arrived. She uncertainly walked into the building, business card in hand.

"Um...hello?"

There was an open office door. "Hey Emily, come on in" came a shouted response.

And there was another person, who walked in through the doors, behind her.

The Lassie. Silk skirt, silk blouse, smile across her lips. She said nothing, just stepped up beside Emily, looking around slowly. Her head tilted at the sound of the voice carrying, glance turned to Emily. It was her meeting, Michelle was simply tagging along.

Johnathon shot her a look. "Is she your associate ?"

She looked up to see the woman who could see the real her. And stared.

"Okay, this is just fucked."

"Hi, I'm so sorry I didn't come two nights ago, some crazy stuff happened that I had to deal with. Police were involved." She looked genuinely apologetic.

"Yes, this is Michelle. My friend." She said smiling brightly.

Emily looked over at Raz0r and startled.

"Oh geez...I...I'm sorry about how I reacted at the beach." She said to Raz0r, stumbling over herself to apologize.

"Somebody clue the man who is in theory in charge here what is going on ?"

She stood and walked over to Emily, circling her. Not in a hostile manner.

"What are you?"

"And who's"

Emily actually bowed. "I'm so sorry, um, I know your friend from the beach. I was...startled by her appearance and reacted badly. Michelle helped me in the whole police situation these last couple nights." She looked very worried about how this was going to go.

"What? I'm just...me?" She said confused to Raz0r.

She shook her head.

"Please describe what you see when you look at me. This will help the others to understand my confusion."

Michelle sighed, and looked between the two kindred. "One question at a time, please, friends." a soft smile on her lips. "And please... stop circling her. Remain calm, and we can sort everything out."

Her eyes turned to Grant. "Yes, she is mine. Recently acquired, to be exact. She told me of your meeting... which took place the night before she and I met. I thought it best to come down here, to help sort things out, in regards to how your encounter with her went."

Eyes shifted to RazOr. "What she is, is an extremely perceptive human being. Beyond reasonably explainable means."

"I see. I guess I should have taken her that night. Congratulations Emily. You found us. "

Michelle shot a small glance to Emily, as Grant said that, then shifted her gaze to Razor, who was likely to be the next person to speak.

"Uh...ok..." Emily said royally confused. "You look like a skeleton, with your skin hanging off of your frame...and your hair is clumpy..." She said, thinking describing Raz0r outloud has to be some kind of set up for a punishment.

"Ya..." Emily looked down. This was going really really badly. She felt just plain aweful.

She looked to Michelle.

"She sees me. No one sees me but Elders. No one. She's not just mortal. I'll never believe it."

Michelle lightly shrugged. "I told you... she sees things, beyond reasonably explainable means. And of course, she is not just mortal, now. She is my ghoul." Michelle smiles. "As for what you believe.. that isnt really important, in the grand scheme of things, is it? I am under the impression this meeting is about potential work, for my ghoul, yes?" Her eyes shifted to Johnathan.

"It was about acquiring a ghoul actually. I have to rethink this now. Having a cam ghoul working for me could be a liability "

She blinked.

"It's not my business? I'm in charge of security around here. And she's a risk. A big one."

Emily frowned and looked down, brows knitting. She wished she could just dissapear.

"An embrace might be in order "

Emily looked up suddenly and tried to be alert. She was shying away from confrontation again and this was too important to do that.

"What's 'embrace'? I assume you don't mean a hug."

Michelle laughed. "A risk? To what? Seeing past the falsehoods, that are about in the world? Seeing things, as they truly are?" Michelle lightly shook her head. "That is no risk. Before she was my ghoul, yes... she was a risk, but now.. the situation is under control."

She looked to Johnathan. "An embrace, is most certainly not in order. Not only is it illegal, but noone will tell me what I can and cannot do with my ghoul. Unless you are the Prince...." She looked between them both. "And as for in charge of security... around here, if you dislike her knowing your little secret, we can simply leave the building... and taa dah... no more 'security' risk." Her head tilted, curiously.
